I used to do Wednesday Weigh-ins, back when I was focused on losing weight/maintaining weight. I haven't really focused on it for a long time and I've been debating with myself about where to go from here (as far as my weight is concerned, I mean).
I'm not happy with my body right now--I am just not comfortable at this size. I will be completely fine if I never get back down to my "goal weight" again, but I really would like to feel comfortable in my own skin. That would probably be at or under...
